Health Canada reports of a recall involving MasterKidz Wooden Vespa Style Scooter. Indigo Books & Music Inc. is voluntarily recalling this product due to the tires supplied with the scooter can explode during the inflation process. The instructions on the tire state to "Inflate to 35 PSI", however when the PSI goes over 25 PSI the plastic rim pieces can fly off.

Indigo Books & Music Inc. received five reports where the tires exploded upon inflation. There have been no reports of any injuries or property damage.
Sold across Canada from October 2012 to January 2013.
Corrective Action:Consumers should immediately stop using the scooter and to not inflate the tires but to return the scooter to the retailer for a full refund, no receipt required.
